1. General 

Leysons Products (“us,” “we”, or “our”) operates the https://www.leysons.ca, https://autovalet.ca, https://autovaletdetailing.ca and https://harmonize.autovaletdetailing.ca websites (the “Sites”). The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We process personal data that is collected when you visit the Sites in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). 3.3 Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics on the Sites. Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google LLC (“Google”), that uses cookies to track and report website traffic. The information collected by the cookies about your use of our Sites is anonymized and transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google uses the anonymized data collected to track and monitor the use of our Sites. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. 3.4 Google Maps

The Sites use the Google Maps map service via an API. The provider is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

The use of Google Maps is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our distributors and service locations and to make it easy to find the places we have indicated on the Sites. 

When you click on the integrated Google Maps map, personal data (in this case the queried location and your IP address) are forwarded to Google. This information is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We have no influence on this data transfer.

The Sites may contain links to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. After clicking the link, we no longer have any influence on the collection, processing and use of any personal data transferred to the third party when the link is clicked (such as the IP address or the URL of the page on which the link is located), since the behaviour of third parties is beyond our control. Third-party websites are not governed by this Policy and we assume no responsibility for the processing of such personal data by third parties. 5. Safeguarding and securing your Personal Data

Our employees and the Service Partners and Distributors commissioned by us are bound to confidentiality and compliance with applicable data protection laws. We take all commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to ensure an appropriate level of protection and to protect your Personal Data collected by us, in particular, from the risks of unintentional or unlawful destruction, manipulation, loss, alteration, theft or unauthorized disclosure or unauthorized access. Your Personal Data is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have access rights to such systems. 
All sensitive payment/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers. Our security measures are updated in line with technological developments.

6.1 Right to information and access

You have the right to receive information from us about the processing of your data. If the legal requirements are met, you can request that we restrict the processing of your data. 

6.2 Right to rectification and erasure

You can ask us to correct incorrect Personal Data. As long as the legal requirements are met, you can request the completion or deletion of your data. This does not apply to data that are required for billing and accounting purposes or are subject to statutory retention requirements.

This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Province of Ontario.
