When detailing a vehicle, producing results correctly, safely, and effectively is crucial, especially in the professional detailing industry.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

There are currently two (2) Auto Valet glass cleaners available.

  • IMAGE: an easy to apply, body shop safe, environmentally friendly, and V.O.C. compliant glass cleaner. Formulated to leave the surfaces spot and streak free, and repelling dust and dirt. Available in multiple container sizes, including an aerosol size.
  • PLUS 40: a super concentrated glass cleaner that dilutes up to 40 parts water to 1 part product. Results obtained are dependent on the hardness of the water used to dilute.

Yes, both IMAGE and PLUS 40 are safe products to use for body shop applications.

Both IMAGE and PLUS 40 are designed to clean interior and exterior mirrors and glass. IMAGE is a ready to use, effective glass cleaner. PLUS 40 is a highly concentrated glass cleaner that works well in most cases; however, results obtained are dependent on the hardness of the water used to dilute.
 

Direction Of Use

 
  1. To apply diluted IMAGE, either spray, wipe with a window brush or use a strip washing tool.
  2. Squeegee dry, or wipe and polish with a clean lint-free cloth.
Dilutions:
Dilute 250 ml IMAGE per 1 L distilled water (1:4)

Aerosol Directions:
  1. Shake well.
  2. Remove the protective cap and hold the dispenser upright.
  3. Point the valve opening toward the area of application. Hold the can 20cm - 30cm (8” - 12”) away from the area.
  4. Spray area of application with a fine mist.
  5. Wipe the area clean and polish, using a clean lint-free cloth.
Tips: Does not spray when cold. Unplug energised electrical equipment before use. Not for use on non-glass flat-panel televisions.

Precaution: Do not mix with other chemicals. Keep from freezing.
