There are currently four (4) Auto Valet waxes available.
Waxing frequency and longevity depends on the type of wax used, the surrounding climate, and the soap used to wash the vehicle. Natural or synthetic waxes last between one to four months. It is important to ensure the paint is free of dirt, tar, grease, and other surface contaminants before applying a wax to ensure effective adherence.
Surrounding climate. Climate affects the durability of waxes. Harsh weather conditions such as rain, wind, snow (and the accompanying road salts) will break the bond between the resin and the painted surface quicker than dry, mild conditions. Constant exposure to bright sunlight will also accelerate wax deterioration.
Vehicle wash soap. Use a pH neutral soap, not a highly alkaline soap. The alkalis will strip resins from the painted surface, lessening gloss and exposing the surface to the elements.
No, waxes including ROYAL GLAZE, TROPICAL GOLD, NORTHERN LIGHTS, and BEAD BUILDER are not body shop safe.
When washing a waxed surface, use a pH neutral soap, not a highly alkaline soap. The alkalis will strip resins from the painted surface, lessening gloss and exposing the surface to the elements. Diluted AUTO WASH is the recommended pH neutral soap, for washing waxed surfaces, to extend the longevity of the applied wax.
Use SPEED BEAD for the drying agent in the rinse process. SPEED BEAD achieves excellent water bead up, finishing the vehicle surface with a protective microfilm and a superior gloss.
Yes, SPEED BEAD is safe to use in body shop applications.
Predilute 70 mL of SPEED BEAD per 1 L of water (1:15). For tunnel washes, use 255 mL of prediluted product per vehicle in the rinse water. For self-serve wash bays use prediluted and/or metering combinations to apply 15 mL of SPEED BEAD per vehicle.
Yes, PARADE is safe to use in body shop applications.
PARADE is ideal for removing residue after buffing and is recommended as a lubricant for compounding, polishing, clay bars, or nano buff wash mitts. To use as a lubricant, simply spray the area to be buffed; or before, using the claybar to rub out contaminants.
BEAD BUILDER is a spray wax and ceramic coating enhancer to use on vehicle’s exterior surfaces. BEAD BUILDER delivers a lasting lustre, gloss, and sleekness, and is ready to use (does not require diluting).
For the best results, simply spray the clean and dry painted surfaces you wish to enhance with BEAD BUILDER. Do not apply too much of the substance, instead use conservative amounts. Next, buff the surface with a clean, dry microfiber towel. The areas of application will be exceptionally glossy and sleek.
Yes. Do not apply BEAD BUILDER in direct sunlight, and surfaces of application should be cool to the touch. Do not mix BEAD BUILDER with other chemicals. Store the product in a cool dry place. For best results, use conservative amounts of product when applying.
Auto Valet does not currently offer ceramic coatings; however, are diligently working to bring ceramic coatings to the Auto Valet product line-up soon. Use BEAD BUILDER as a ceramic coating maintainer for surfaces already applied with a ceramic coating.

To remove vehicle transit coatings and new vehicle delivery wraps, use the same method as discarding stickers from a vehicle’s surface. First begin by preparing the areas of application, then remove the coating/wrap using a heat gun. Follow this by using a solvent-based cleaner degreaser to remove the remaining adhesive. Finally, review your work to ensure all adhesives are cleared away.
