Detailing task 2: Concrete Overspray Removal
Directions
STEP 1: PREPARE THE AREAS OF APPLICATION
Use a pressure washer to remove excess mud and dirt off of the surfaces. Areas of application must be cool prior to the application of VANISH.
STEP 2: APPLY THE CONCRETE REMOVER
Use a spray bottle and an acid resistant trigger sprayer nozzle. Generously spray
VANISH onto the areas containing concrete overspray. Allow
VANISH to dwell on the areas of application for five minutes. If necessary, for intense applications, gently agitate with an acid resistant vehicle wash brush or a wash mitt.
STEP 3: RINSE THE CONCRETE REMOVER
Use a high-pressure washer to rinse the areas of application and surrounding areas thoroughly. Hold the pressure washer spray nozzle 20 to 30 centimetres (8 to 12 inches) from the surface. The concrete will dissolve and easily come off of the vehicle’s exterior surfaces.
STEP 4: REVIEW YOUR WORK
Review work. For concrete overspray remaining, repeat steps 1 to 3.
